For clients who are unable to ride as often as they would like but who need to keep their horses fit, exercise riding or schooling on the flat or over fences is offered for a reasonable price and packages are available by arrangement.
Instruction on the flat and over fences is available for boarders and farm owned horses are available for lessons to individuals who do not board on-site. Because of the small size of SSSH, LLC we have a limited number of horses for students to ride, including Andy, and we only offer private lessons ($40 per hour). Our students include both junior and adult riders and opportunities exist for students to participate in clinics, local shows, hack in state parks and school cross country. Lessons are also provided for students who keep their horses off-site and Merrilee can travel to your location to provide instruction within the greater Athens-area.
